Renovation and alteration of old mill and grain silo–constructed in 1906–into an Office and business center. The old external Stone walls are preserved and reinforced with R.C.curtain walls, while reinforced concrete floor slabs are added inside to form the floors and replace the demolished concrete silo shafts inside the building.

 

A new facade with windows, the same as the original wing has been built into the perimeter walls of the silo wing. Original Stonework and ornamentation were rebuilt and renovated. The roof was elevated to include a five–star residences floor underneath. Electrical and mechanical systems of high comfort standards installed.
