The brewery, with a 750.000 hectoliters of annual capacity , built on a 150.000 m2 green site in Ploesti. The investment was financed through a loan granted by the IFC. The agreement and contract management has been performed according to the contract formats of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers–FIDIC–.

Following construction types have been used :

Steel building structure, R.C. Pile Foundations , Conventional heavy reinforced concrete construction Cold rolled , coilcoated metal roofing and facade cladding systems High standard finishing systems.
