The project consists of the flagship facility of the health village to be established by the Anadolu Education and Social Aid Foundation (Anadolu Eğitim ve Sosyal Hizmet Vakfı). Plans include additional facilities to be built on 186.000 m2 property which is located between the E-5 high way and the Izmit Bay at Marmara (Between Tuzla and Bayramoğlu municipalities).

 

Medical Planning and Architectural Design of the hospital was completed in the USA while structural and electro-mechanical designs are completed in Turkey. The hospital is to have 209 beds and a total indoor area of 45.000 m2. Project Management  services are carried for full scope including MEP.
