The center is a composite steel structure composed of 1.750 tons of tailored steel and 10.000m3 reinforced concrete which is built inside a 120.000 m3 excavation space. It is retained all around by anchorage reinforced concrete pile plank with a vertical surface area of 3.500 m2 and set against the heavy side loads of existing adjacent buildings.

The building interior volume of 110.000 m3 has a 25-meter roof span and is completely roofed by a natural terrace garden, providing facilities for outdoor functions. All the structural Works and electrical–mechanical works, fitting, and finishing works of the five-star congress center have been completed just in time to host its first event –the international telecommunication congress.
