The project owner, Rose Aksan invested in Girne, Cyprus to build a 5-star Luxurious Hotel and Casino. According to conceptual design; the total building area is projected as 53.435m2 with 303 rooms, including 4.000m2 Casino space and 2.300m2 SPA, and 4.500m2 open pool.
